Marietta Munn Cleveland
President and CEO
Marietta Cleveland is a high-caliber, award-winning manufacturing leader known for her decisive leadership and ability to drive world-class performance. She consistently delivers multimillion dollar cost savings and empowers teams to proactively identify risks and eliminate losses to achieve business objectives. Marietta’s expertise lies in aiding companies to build and sustain manufacturing processes that address the elimination of waste and exceed key performance metrics.
During her tenure at Stellantis (formerly Chrysler), Marietta led transformational change across operations, maintenance, and quality. As a manufacturing executive, she spearheaded the quality team responsible for producing the award-winning RAM pickup truck, which earned the Motor Trend Truck of the Year in both 2013 and 2014. Her contributions include the development of training material, creation of corporate lean manufacturing quality standards used globally, and the execution of quality audits across assembly, powertrain, and stamping facilities worldwide.
As a manufacturing consultant, she partners with companies to uncover opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and achieve business objectives. With over 35 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, Marietta is uniquely skilled at engaging teams and developing leaders. Her collaborative approach fosters growth in skillsets and instills the confidence needed to solve problems through continuous improvement.
Marietta consults for the International Automotive Oversight Bureau (IAOB), supporting their Red Supplier Improvement Process. She also has a passion for community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Mosaic Youth Theatre of Detroit.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, MI, and an MBA from Oakland University – Rochester Hills, MI.
