Marietta Munn Cleveland
President and CEO

Marietta is a high-caliber, decisive, and award-winning world class manufacturing leader. Known for delivering multimillion dollar cost savings and positioning team members to identify losses and risks to achieve business objectives. Marietta’s expertise is centered on aiding companies to build and sustain manufacturing processes that address the elimination of waste and exceed key performance metrics.

During her years at Stellantis (formerly Chrysler), Marietta led change in a variety of organizations, including operations, maintenance, and quality. As a manufacturing executive, she led her manufacturing quality team in building the award-winning RAM pickup, receiving the 2013 and 2014 Motor Trend Truck of the Year. She has developed training material, performed quality audits worldwide, and created corporate lean manufacturing global quality standards that have been implemented in assembly, powertrain, and stamping facilities worldwide.  

As a manufacturing consultant, she helps companies identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and achieve business objectives. With over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, Marietta has the unique ability to engage teams and develop leaders in a collaborative way that leads to growth in skillsets and confidence in their ability to solve problems through continuous improvement.

Marietta has a passion for community and serves on the Mosaic Youth Theatre of Detroit – Board of Directors. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, MI, and an MBA from Oakland University – Rochester Hills, MI.
